Crawford Meeting Room (Lewisville Public Library) Capacity: 18

Description
The Crawford Meeting Room is available to the public for use by groups of two or more. Two or more people must be present to use this meeting room.
Library room use is limited to civic, educational, or cultural events, meetings, or classes. Parties and social gatherings are not an appropriate use of the facility. Any class or event held in the Library must be free and of a noncommercial nature.
One meeting room can be used by a group once per day, for up to a three-hour period.
A group can have no more than two reservations per calendar month in the meeting room category. Walk-ins are also welcome pending availability. This can be outside of the allotted reservations per month; however, the limit of three hours per day still applies. Reservations can be made up to three months in advance.
The Crawford Meeting Room must be checked out at the Information Desk.
The Crawford Meeting Room contains:
- 8 wheeled tables (allows for conference-style or classroom-style setup)
- 18 chairs
- 1 side table
- 1 podium
- Wall-mounted digital screen with Zoom Room technology for virtual meetings and wireless screen sharing
- NOTE: The whiteboard is currently unavailable.
An HDMI cable may be borrowed from the Information Desk for use with the screen. The Library does not provide any other AV/media equipment or adapters.
The Crawford Meeting Room seats up to 18 people. Additional furniture may not be added without permission from a library supervisor.
Beverages in a closed container are permitted in the Library. All food must be consumed at tables in the alcove just inside the west entrance of the Library.
